Handcrafted and produced using the artisan method of distillation called alambique with sugar cane grown and hand harvested at the distillery. The sugar cane is trimmed, leaving the heart of the stalk, then washed and pressed to extract the juice. The alambique method, unlike industrial methods, is all natural using no chemical additives to speed up the fermentation. It is then distilled in copper still pots which preserve the aroma and taste of the sugar cane. The result is a pure premium cachaca with a smooth natural flavor.
