The most dominant and flavorful amaro in the Bordiga lineup. The St. Hubertus (The Saint of Hunters) aptly sports a native Camoscio goat on its label that speaks to the intense alpine selection of herbs. Anyone with a hankering for licorice and peppermint will find this the perfect bitter. All herbs are separately infused between 20 and 50 days before being rested in glass or stainless and later blended together. Full-bodied and robust this strong licorice amaro includes notes of galangal root and mint. The finish is long and pronounced with just a touch of tannin. Great on its own or in place of vermouth to make a Black Manhattan or Rob Roy.
