Dry cider (field blend) from 2/3 Williams Pears and 1/3 Bramley Apples. The cider is a collaboration with the orchard Vigmosegaard on Lilleø. Very aromatic pear sweetness is balanced out with the Bramley acidity. Bottled in january 2020 with a bit of garden apple juice to provide sugar for a second fermentation on the bottle. Disgorged in the spring.
This sparkling cider is unfiltered and has kept a bit of residual sugar which makes it easy to drink. It is much harder to put it away.
